Refund policy

We have a 30-day return or exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached. A proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items, vouchers, or items not in original condition upon purchase.

If your return or exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
You may choose to return for a refund or store credit, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us online.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for refund or exchange, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. There are very rare instances where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
