Processing time for shipments

All orders are processed within 24 hours of your checkout. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Delays in delivery may occur during high order volumes. Please allow extra days for delivery. If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 2-5 working days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Everything Emporium is not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on your order. Any charges levied during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Is the product defective?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transportation. That's why we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does the defective product arrive the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Lost parcel/returned parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with our refund and returns policy.

When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 7-21 working days. Our products are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. Due to our unique business model, we can sell the products at a lower price than our competitors, which allows us to make significant savings on storage and transportation costs. We also cover the shipping costs ourselves.

For all orders placed unannounced at the post office, you will be charged for the cost of the product even after we have contacted you several times as the item has been destroyed.

Where is my order now that the estimated delivery time has expired?

Unfortunately, there is a small chance that the delivery of an order will be delayed during the delivery time. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number you receive by email.

Where is my tracking number?

We will email you your tracking number as soon as your item has been completed and shipped. It takes 2-5 working days for your tracking number to be available.

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on public holidays. In case of high demand, the processing time may be extended beyond 3 days.
